Return of goods

Exchange and refund rules: Within 14 days, you need to inform by email that you have received the goods of inadequate quality and after agreeing on a replacement or refund, send it by Russian Post to our address, attaching a Return Statement. After receiving the parcel, we will send you a replacement by a Class 1 parcel or refund the money by postal order or otherwise, as agreed. If you replace the goods of proper quality, after receiving the parcel, we will send you a replacement by a Class 1 parcel with a cash on delivery of 220 rubles (the cost of our postage), or we will refund the cost of the order minus postage. The return of goods of proper quality is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use and wear, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels).

We draw your attention to the fact that delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the goods purchased by the Buyer, the performance of which ends at the time of receipt of the goods. Claims to the quality of the purchased goods that arose after that are considered in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Seller's warranty obligations. In this regard, the purchase of goods with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased goods for the purpose of return or replacement and does not imply the possibility of a refund of the cost of delivery of the goods in cases where the Buyer has the right to a refund for the goods as such, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
